The service

ApaBagus is a cross-border product-discovery and price-comparison community offering product information, AI-generated intros, price-trend tracking and buy-link redirects. We do not sell goods, process payments or ship orders ourselves — all transactions complete on third-party platforms such as Pinduoduo and Shopee.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to register an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide true and accurate information; we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

User content

You are solely responsible for the posts, comments and images you publish, and you warrant that you hold the necessary rights. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the site and related channels.

Do not post unlawful, infringing, false, abusive, spam or maliciously linked content. We may remove violating content without prior notice (see the Privacy Policy and community rules).

Third-party buy links

The site contains links to third-party e-commerce platforms, some of which are affiliate links; these carry a disclosure. Your purchases, payments, delivery and after-sales on those platforms are governed entirely by their terms. ApaBagus is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for product quality, price changes, shipping or refunds. Prices and stock are as shown live on the third-party page.

好料 points

好料 points are an in-site virtual incentive, earnable and redeemable only under site rules. They are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash except through redemption channels we explicitly provide. We may adjust the points rules, redemption catalogue and expiry. Points obtained through farming, bots or other abuse will be revoked.

Intellectual property

The ApaBagus brand, interface design and original content belong to PRISM LABS PTE. LTD. or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that information is fully accurate, timely or uninterrupted. AI-generated intros and translations may contain errors and are for reference only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApaBagus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from third-party transactions.

Changes and governing law
